Sup ya'll. so before i install my 4inch inline duct fans im just curious where to place them, i edited this photo with windows paint so please excuse the crudeness of it.

My box is 3'x'3'x4', what basically a good range of CFM i would need in order to make things work properly, just a simple computer fan or a 4"inline duct fan ? has anybody used the duct fan are they quiet ?

here's a question, 37.50 CFM's would that be enough for a 3x3x4 box ?

just get 2 4inch inline duct fans and wire them up and plug em into the wall, its so much easier and more efficent, put on the roof of your box and one at the lowest point of your wall

Well i do actually have a temp/humidity guage, it's analog, i didnt feel like spending a whole lot of money on something like a gauge. The box is in my cellar where the temp is like 12*C and 85% humdity, i hope i can control it in the box with fans and the heat from the light, any tips on this

Whats up RIU'ers, this is going to be my first attempt at a indoor growbox, any idea's critisizims or compliments are welcome. I ended up building a 3'lx3'wx4'h box out of 2x4's and 3/8" plywood, i bought a 200 Watt Sunblaster CFL this one has 6500kelvin i plan on buying the 2700kelvin later...

I was thinking of using flat white paint then decided fuck it, where do i get mylar how much is it and what form do i get it in, can i get it at wal-mart canadian tire etc....how much is it and is it better than anything else ? also how do i mount it on my growbox walls (plywood)

well my box is made out of 2x4's, and 3/8's ply wood, its 3x3x4

I found a mildew and mold resistant flat white paint, should i use this to paint my grow box 2 - 3 coates and then use bleach with water to disinfect ?

its come to my attention that theres alot of different flat white paints out there, i saw one the other day that is mold and mildew resistant, is that a good one to get for my grow box ?

no im in canada and cant find foxfarm i figure the pro mix will be suffecient, any idea's on the ph of it ?

You shouldn't... i would only reccomend using nutes about 3 weeks after germination, if you have to use nutes cause of your soil medium or something just use a fish emulsion mixed with water. when using nutes you want to introduce everything slowly, use only 1/4 of the reccomended dosage every...
