Thanks bigv, Any indication of how long before signs will appear. If it helps, I would expect flowering to kick off in about 4 weeks as thats when days will start to slowly shorten here. This is my first grow so appreciate any help.

How do you know how much to water it if its in the ground and cant lift a pot..... I'm watering a 5-6 week vegging plant about 5 ltrs a week..... I have 3 bottles upside down with water spikes (the apparently release the water alot slower) and have also placed those water crystal which absorb...

Hi Loaded, Thanks for your input but its a little late about not topping.... just snipped. I'm not sure what strain it is as it was just some bagseed that I have had for ages.. Im from east coast of Australia... I would think that its some type of Sativa as I believe they grow alot better...

Hey guys.... Thanks for all the info. I ended up topping it just above the 2nd node, so I guess we'll have to wait and see how it goes.... I've also attempted to clone the clipping... Cut all the larger leaves in half and cut the stem at a 45 degree angle... All cuts were done under water...

I'm a newbie growing outdoors and height isnt an issue. Would you choose to top or not? This is a hard decision for a first time grower!!!!!
