what does 100ppm mean?

im new to growing so i have never cloned. im 3wks into flowering. i was wondering if i can clone after you start flowering? i was gona try to clone but i thought i read somewere you cant clone after flowering starts. is this the case?

i have a ww and it is short and real bushy it is 20 days into flowering. this plant is real thick should i trim it alittle.

by looking at the sexing pics it looks like there are 2 sacks on the whole plant. is this possible to only have 2 on the whole plant. all the rest looks female
