an easy way to explain it is, volts are like the lanes in highway, amps is the size of the bus and the watts are the people riding them.. that plugs in 110v i guess like everything else in america to a typical wall socket. but if you could plug it in to a 220v socket it would probably use 5amps...

i wouldn't use miraclegro.. go organic.. but ya, like bluemagicman said, i'd water with a organic blackstrap molasses mix every watering in flower.

i'd transplant and leave a while then when they are bigger, break off block around the base of plant. next time crack them in wet paper towel in ziplocks, then just plant them in soil, taproot down seed up.. pretty easy, works almost every time...
