what do i need to put in them to add nitrogen?

it is tap water but i let it set for about 4 days in a open container. and the soil is merical grow potting mix and i added some manure to it also. and im not sure what the ph of the soil is i dont have a ph tester

they are about 2 weeks old. i water about evey 3-4 days i have been giveing them shultz african violet plant food it says to add 7 drops per 1 gallon of water. plese tell me what you thing is wrong.and the temp is 70-80
