Hell yeah, I'm getting the pipe today for the vents, i live by it now too, i got my 400w about 5-6 inches away from the plants.

Sup RIU, was wondering if anyone has glass under the hoods of their lights? I put a piece under both my 400w HPS and cut the temp down 5 degrees in the room. Seen a bunch of pics on here but doesnt seem that alot of growers use glass.

Yeah man good thread, I'm thinking about picking some of it up too, I've talked to people and they say it helps with heat too, i got a small closet and it gets hot in there during the summer, gonna try it as well.

If you can get to a small mom and pop place get some fertilome ultimate potting mix, its like 17 bucks here for a huge bag, works good. I just switched to Fox Farm, had a little cash, but the fertilome is good. You also dont want to reuse old soil.

Yeah definately soil, i use about 2 tbls per gallon every other watering, i wouldnt foliar spray em with molasses though.

molasses is the way to go, I talked to old dude and starts em on molasses the day he throws 12/12, I tried it on my rhinos and in 2-3 days they swoled up. I'll use it from now on when flowering. Get the organic molasses at a whole food store, works great. bongsmilie

To all the fox farm users here in RIU, I've talked to a few people on here about fox Farm nutes and its hard to get a conclusion, good tips from good people but no real guide.
