I don't add nutrains the first couple weeks. But I use soil. I haven't used plugs either, but I don't think you have to ph until you add nutes in hydro.

You're doing ok. Most people seem to veg for a Month after a ~3 week seedling stage. Other than making sure you can raise that light, you've got to make sure you don't stink. Is that an open air setup?
