Only way I've ever done that is with kief. you won't be able to rip anyone off with it, but it's the only way to really answer. Some type of extract.

The only time I go 24 hrs is first week or two. I only do it in the winter when nights are colder as well. Not much difference in growth. When the lights go out, I can see the leaves loosen up a bit, ya know? maybe I'm losing it lol
