its a pc grow. i know of no hid bulb that works in a pc. if it is only three weeks into flowering, you can top it no problem. i know that you'll be cutting off pistils and whatnot, but it will actually create mutant huge buds later on. it will solve your height problem.

cracking time depends on the strain. were you keeping the paper towel warm..? put them on top of your hot water heater and that will produce some adequate heat.

you don't need to know. you want to know. the answer is there is no answer. every strain is different. growing conditions will effect the maturation rate. just check them every few days with a scope to find the right time to harvest.

that strain is all over this site. search for it. it is one of my favorites. pretty damn strong and usually some beautiful buds.
