Sweet deal I might pick some up as im tired of having the regular small jars that only hold about an oz or just over. It gets a little repetitive filling them and burping them all when you have a pound or a few. thanks for the link

the T5's are actually touching the leaves on the plant, i took a look at the pics and it looks like they are a foot or more away. They burnt the tips on a few leafs but thats for the timeframe its so hard not to just pull it now because it looks almost ready, just getting impatient i guess...

i have a 60-100x but last time i saw random amber trichomes and i think i picked early. this time they are still clear/cloudy with again one or two amber in the mix. ill wait a week then check again.

Hey guys here be some pics of my plant i think she should be ready soon like a week or maybe more just wanting to gain some more input. I checked the trichomes and they look clear, some cloudy and non amber. a few of the photos had the light adjusted on them because it was too yellow rom the hps.

I only have one growing now so maybe ill order a cheap seed and try it out once this grow is done. that sounds like a much better idea.

ok definitely dont want the terrible taste part, maybe next grow on a smaller plant just becasue i dont wanna fuck up a qp or something

ill have the wife pick up some red or blue food colouring tomorrow then great idea skunkpunk13. Its non toxic shouldn't be too bad.

i've been googling and it goes either way, for one yes there is a no. I would be nice to hear from someone who has tried it. I only have a few weeks left in flowering so i doubt it would make a difference now anyway.

Some good info with the big three about when she's ready but the drying and curing I find helps flavour/taste more than anything. I have dried some buds super fast super shitty just to check the high. Hung them from the header above the basement stairs on elastics for a day or two. Tasted like...

post some pics, I grew ak-48 and found when it flowers even with feedings the leaves start to yellow and die real early. When it was time for harvest most of the bigger leaves had just fallen off and died. or died and fallen off i should say :) Also the 1% amber could just be a random one...

I find it hard to judge a plants age unless its new or almost done but its still fun to try :) Some look like they are done like the guy (kmksrh21) with the ak-47 on roids but still have quite some time left. Will switching to the 600 hps make a big difference as i had little to no red...

holy fuck, if our plants are about the same age yours are like the kid in grade 6 with a beard. could that be my set up, lights or just nutes being used? when a breeder says its an 8 week strain is that from the day you switch to 12/12 or what? because that would be more like a 6 week only it...
