Dont worry, it takes awhile for the males to get that far to pollunate your females. But get rid of them as soon as they show you there balls.

Make it male? No. 12/12 for like a week or two for it to show it's sex.

Those are just new leaves. I have a plant that is growing the same way. It looks like bud, but if you look at it real close, you see its just new growth. You are going to have some real height problems barely puting them in flower mode this late.
