hi all can anybody recommend the max amount of plants i can grow under a combined lighting arrangement of a 400 watt hps and two ufo 90watt led units i have grown 11 white widows at the moment and i am on week 5 flowering and everything seems to be ok but i would like more plants on my next grow...

hi i am not sure of something as i am new to growing my question is once i have germinated seeds in a paper towel and transferred to a rockwool cube and in to a prpergator do i add the lights at this point or keep in the dark untill the seedligs have broken the through the top of the rockwool...
