I transplanted these girls a few days ago. Moving from my closet to my tent. I moved the cfls with them and ran them for 2 days alongside the mh lights. I topped one of them to experiment with the results and plan on Low stress training the rest.

You can start a seedling with 1 23 true watt cfl each. I've gone with 1 bulb a plant until nodes 5/6. Once they start really stretching in between nodes. Which is usually time to transplant anyways. I think she wants a transplant. If she recovered fine. What I think could have happened is that the roots got too dry and died. When she came back to life she started to focus on growing roots instead of leaves and now she's rootbound. She's got new roots and dead roots in that pot.
