Can this be fixed somehow?

Need some help guys. Not sure what is going on. 3 of the 4 plants seem to be doing ok but 1 is still droopy and not looking so good. 1 just fed this morning as the pots were very light and dry. I don’t know what’s going on. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for the tips. Well I have 2 6” fans blowing inside the tent. One above and one below the plants. I also have a filter hooked up to an in-line pulling air out. All 3 of these I leave on 24/7. And at the bottom of the tent is where I have a spot open to pull air in. I hope that is enough...

RH is at 50. pH is usually around 6.3 to 6.8. No nutes or anything. Just tap water that I let sit for 24-48 hours before using.

Thanks :) temps have been steady at 27 degrees Celsius when lights are on. Running 18/6 for cycle. I don’t have the lamp too close but I will try to raise it up a bit and see if it helps. I will try not to worry so much :) just don’t want to screw it up. Thanks again.
