the natural efficency from the fan u will loose. But the longer away the fan is from the carbon filter u loose efficency. always connect as close you can !

You can connect it to the carbon instantlly or make a Y connection with 2 carbons 1 fan. And now you dont loose power if u do like i say

alright i was checking the runoff last time on my garden plants and they had aound 4.5 but thats the runoff. Besides that they where al good looking :) Do you ph the water going in to the soil or should i just dont ph it and let the soil take care of it ?
