I If they was to dry would they not be wilted? Even the dead brown leaves are not dry or crispy just brown shriveled and dead

I'm waiting on them to give me sign that they are actually in need of water like wilting

So this is my 2nd grow was going good and then transplanted all to bigger pots and gave a watering 3-4 days later they started looking rough and I immediately seen the signs of overwatering because i had issues with that last grow, it has since been 18 days with no water but still not showing...

This is my first grow and I've read alot of contradicting info about continuing to feed or just plain water the last couple weeks..info says it's a 8-9 week flowering time so I was shooting for 2 weeks of nothing but ph water just based on what I've read
