@Herb & Suds why the sad reaction to 3rd post?

All advice appreciated, I listed all the info in my original post along with pics just seeking some guidance as to if these tops will survive..I already messed up and sprouted in soil that was way to wet which I believe stunted my growth these girls are 47 days old from seed

I let them dry out to much b4 watering is why they're wilted I don't think I want dryer air lol

Running tower fan to airflow is good

Update.... 48 hours since watering top new growth still wilted

That's my main concern based on pics do you guys think they will recover?

Even in ffof I should use some nutes? Only been in the ffof since the fifth and I only water to a slight runoff..probably going to transplant them into their final 5 gallon pots once they fully recover

Had to get the moisture meter because I was overwatering at first..even once the top couple inches feel dry there's still plenty of moisture deeper in the pots
