Yea just microbes to feed the soil I get that guy at the hydro shop gave me an 80ml sample bottle I knew it was expensive so was wondering if was worth buying

Yea I use a 16oz cup to water and I do it slowly pour a little and let it absorb but your right I seem to get more runoff than what I would expect from that amount of water in a pot that size. So do I need to let them fully recover b4 transplanting?

Anyone ever used this and if so was it any noticeable difference?

Yes water until runoff then let dry almost completely before watering again, no schedule just when they need it

Also even though only in 1 gallons since the 5th there is some roots poking out of most pots

They h Have only been in the 1 gallon ffof soil since the 5th and I assumed under not over I let them dry out a little to much b4 last watering..most of plant has came back well other than the tops..any suggestions or just patience?

They definitely look better today than yesterday

Pots were light and bone dry as far in as my finger would go and they were wilted when I watered last

Lol it is a 2 prong 3 way light ph moisture but it's a lowes special. I only use for moisture portion

They are 1 gallon pots some small roots poking out the bottom of most of the pots..I water when the pots go light and also check with a moisture meter to confirm..I had watered 2 days before they wilted and my meter said dry so idk???

Plants severely wilted overnight on 22nd moisture meter read dry so watered them, next day all pepped up except for tops which are slightly twisted on some..pic is of my girls today all help and advice appreciated they are 47 days old from seeds today

@McShnutz what are your recommendations to get my girls back on track?

Thank you for the info so I didn't plant directly into ffof I used a seed starting mix from Walmart but yea was soggy when I planted..growth didn't really start until transplanting into the 1gallon ffof since then growth has been great 6 days after transplanting they needed water then 5 then 4...
