Think it might be the drop of detergent i was using on foliar spray with sm-90.. any ideas guys?

So i ordered a quart and increased the solution of the foliar spray from 5ml to 1 part SM-90 4 parts water.. I see webbing on one of the plants. Probably thousands of eggs everywhere Anyone have experience with SM-90? it doesn't seem to be working... If anything i might go with isopropyl or...

ive noticed that if i leave a water container open, the PH if brought down, goes back up. maybe the water and air buffers the ph?

the leaf i have on top of the paper towel is the mom, i saw yellow and some orange, no wind at the moment but will turn it on when it get warmer should i cut that big stem on the mom? The stem is still nice and green, you think it will have bud on it? and the clones will survive?
