Can a plant be Half Hermie/ Half female?

I read somewhere that cutting off the "balls" may indeed work. Sorry, don't have a link.

    Temperature

85 degrees is mostly considered maximum without CO2, on an average pot plant. However, if you get a strain native to hotter regions, you can supposedly get it up to the high 90 degrees without issue. Some of those PC case grows have to get hot, but people are doing it.

    Humidity Issue(flowering)

My humidity is lower than yours. I was also considering a de-humidifier. I've been eyeballing a midsize, and a fullsize With high RH like you have, I severely doubt the "cheapos" would do too much.

    Light and Heat

If you can leave the door open and use two desk fans, you should be good for atleast a 250W, if not a 400W. Otherwise, forget it, it will burn your plants. You need atleast a desk fan blowing between your light and canopy, and another blowing air out to use a HID. A 600W or above would require...

    Not sure about using humidifier

Denile is more than a river in Egypt. Lower humidity causes plants to produce more resin to keep itself from drying out. If you're getting a lot of resin now, lowering the humidity further will increase the resin even more.

    Ants!

I had ants make a colony in some sunflowers I had growing outside. When I cut it down, it was downright infested throughtout the stem with hundreds of them little motherfuckers. I've always used palmolive liquid soap to stop them inside the house. They hate that stuff.

Where do I point/aim/place the humidifier

I have a cool mist humidifier, and I point it at my fan that is blowing between my canopy and my bulb. Making sure the fan doesn't get moist at all from the cool mist.

moved plant and damaged roots help????

I had the same thing happen. I heard and felt my roots tear. My plant freaked a little, then came right back. They call it "weed" for a reason. It is hearty and hard to kill.

    Not sure about using humidifier

40 to 55 degrees, or you mean humidity is 40 to 55 percent? 40-55 degrees would be too cold for your plants. Shoot for the lowest humidity possible, by whatever means are at your disposal. 40-55 percent relative humidity is perfect for vegetative stage. Flowering is "the lower, the better."...

    Not sure about using humidifier

I'm not a fan of spraying my plants. Also, a warning, spraying with the lights on can cause the bulb to explode if water gets on it. Also, the little droplets can burn your plants with the lights on. So, if you do spray, do it with the lights off and allow to dry.

    Not sure about using humidifier

I would love under 30 in the flowering stage, that is awesome. Why mess up great flowering RH with a humidifier? The lower the RH in "flowering," the more resin production.

    Nute Burn?

pH test the runoff after you water. pH up, and pH down is what I have, but I wound up not needing it. Definitely do a flush of 3 to 4 times the size of your pot. ie. a 1 gallon pot should be flushed with 3 to 4 gallons of water.

    problems with my lighting..wattage/ballasts

You can't go wrong with 1 plant per 100 watts. So, 2 under a 250 watt would be optimal. Your statement, "max wattage the flat 250w" is confusing. From my experience, all metal halides are designed to accept one bulb, the one it was designed for. It almost sounds like you're describing an...

Which Carbon Filter Should I buy?

Sound is very subjective. What is quiet to me, could be loud to you. I think it is quiet. About the same as my $80 floor fan on high. It certainly does produce a "swooshing" sound for 20 or 30 feet away without any doors, walls, etc. in the way. If I listen carefully, I can hear it through a...

    Not sure about using humidifier

In flowering, the lower the humidity, the better. You should be using a de-humidifier. Under 35% is good. 22% or less is desirable.

Which Carbon Filter Should I buy?

I went with carbonaire and vortex. I got a 6 inch, but you could get the 4: Carbonaire Vortex They work great together.

How long should I wait to transplant?

I would transplant to an 8 oz plastic cup with drainage holes poked in the bottom. Use regular non-nuted potting soil and try not to add as many of those woodchips as possible. Wait 1 week and transplant that into a 1 gallon planting pot with fox farm ocean forest without adding any nutes. The...

    Dying Plant...so sad

I would check the ph runoff as stoner has suggested. Could be nute lockout. Around 6.5 would be ideal in soil.
