Bill H.R. 1831 Someone pointed out on another thread that it is for the legalization of commercial hemp. Not the stuff we smoke. But each little step is in the right direction. I emailed my reps and sens.

Strain dependent, but if you have to keep adding water without nutes, that means your plants are drinking more of the water than the nutes. Your plants should be taking up the same amount of nutes and water. Lower your nutes. At least that's the take I've gotten.
