My problem is this...i have reddish purple stems on a jack flash#5 feminized plant from seed...its in soil...ph claims to be within the requirements...upwards of 6 and under 7....the purple stems WERE only on the fan leaves but have since moved to some of the stalk in some locations...not full...

well generally with the lights on its around 80, give or take a couple degrees...however with lights off it gets a bit cooler than that...could go as low as low to mid 60s over night

okay....i bought a ph tester for the soil...its reading about 6.75 or so...its definitely under 7...the reddish purple has spread a little bit to other fan leaves stems and unfortunately it can be seen in the main stalk in a couple of locations....in general, the leaves with the reddish purple...

i would never suggest such a thing...was just being sarcastic...asking for trouble is what you would be doing..lol

i bought a 150w hps flood light...cost me like 50 bucks or so at an electrical supplier. i had to mount it to a box and hang it by wire...but it was working good....being an electrician i had access to the box i needed for mounting so it didnt cost me anything..even still the box i used couldnt...

i dont recommend aluminum foil. It creates hot spots bad. Burned up my plant pretty good with that trick in the early stages...she recovered, but still slowed down the process...i guess i probably lost a week with that mistake...luckily thats all i lost. Also a friend of mine is growing in a...
