dont waste your money on any expensive products! I use very allmost boiling water with a disolved dishwashing tablet or the powder. Leave it to steep for 10 mins after giving it a good shake it works a treat!

Man those plants look overwatered from my own experiences i would say that your pots(cups?) are too small and keep drying out too quick allmost killing your plants each time since their so young. Stop feeding them peroxide and root stimulation as a seedling so young growing in a cup that...
