Well you don't even need sunlight for germination. The bag cover I have never heard of that, I just planted my seeds. They popped up and we're fine that way =).

I went and cut 3 Fan leaves off. One was blocking where there are multiple leaves beginning to grow. The other 2 were just covering up some other sites as well. Do I need to wait before I cut anything else such as topping. So it can re cooperate over the night and the week to come?

That looks like to much water and to much light, see how they are curling down, mine do that when they are getting to much sunlight and when they have had a bit to much of water. So you never let them get darkness?
