Look at something like a spider farmer sf2000 or mars hydro or HLG, I was also looking into the same lights you linked but decided not to waste my money on the blurple lights and go for something a bit more proper. I have friends who use Spider Farmer lights and have all said good things about them.

As the plant gets bigger it will weigh more though :P best way is just to water till some run off and then stop and let the rest trickle off dont drown them. Come back in a few hours and check them if they dont look dry come back in a couple more etc etc
