    Rockwool with drippers

Yeah I've measured the water and it's even, it's just that 1 strain is having runoff while the other strains cubes are dry as a bone. Next time I'll separate them better so I can control the flow to the different strains instead of having to hand water the ones that are extra thirsty. This...

    Rockwool with drippers

It did, and Ive also realized that one of my strains is far more thirsty than the other. I'll be glad when this round is over and I can be rid of these drippers

    Mother plants started flower

These plants are clones of other mothers. So in total they are probably 4+ months old, so they started flowering pretty quickly. The clones in my SOG currently flowering showed actual flowers starting in around a week.

    Mother plants started flower

To try and control my plants growth, I tried to limit my lights to 14 hours a day. Apparently it triggered flowering and I noticed it probably a week later that I have some very very early flowers. I've since switched it back to 18, and the plants have started to grow again.. monster crop weird...

Anyone use floraflex bubblers and caps?

I'm feeding 36 6 inch cubes. I'm using a 3/4hp 4450gph currently because it had the head height that would make it reach 15psi. Its my understanding that high gph doesn't equate to high pressure. I'll make sure this pump works and waters evenly before I buy anything new

Anyone use floraflex bubblers and caps?

I'm trying to figure out what kind of pump to use. Their kits supply this tiny submersible with the bubblers, and their quick disconnect bubbler set says you need at least 20psi for it to function. It's confusing because the pump in the kit will supply nowhere near 20psi, so what in the quick...

    Sealed-ish room exhaust.

Don't ACs pull warm air out of a room to replace it with cooler air? How do you do this without exhaust and intake?

    Sealed-ish room exhaust.

I have a room that isn't purposely a sealed room, but I've sealed off the air return and the gaps in the door etc and maybe a small amount of air could come from the vent in the ceiling that's closed but not sealed like the air return (needed to stop scent travel). What happens if I run the...

    Rockwool with drippers

I watched a bunch of vids and apparently I had them way too deep. I adjusted them so the only go about an inch or so deep.

    Autopots

I used to use auto pots. They were great as a beginner but over time they showed to start showing flaws. Namely, there's a limit how high water can travel up from wicking, and eventually you'll find that the bottom half of the pot is doing fine but the top half of the pot will be bone dry. You...

    Rockwool with drippers

I'm running quite a few plants in 6 inch rockwool cubes and I'm having trouble getting them to wet/dry consistently with each other. Some will be totally soaking wet and some are light as a feather at the same time, even if I run the system for 15 mins until my tray is pooling. Some are still...

    Reptile fogger for hydroponics

I think once you aerosolize water droplets, they pretty much immediately go to room temp. If you have hot water in a spray bottle and mist it, it's much cooler than what's in the bottle because the droplets are so small the heat dissipates immediately. Probably even faster if we are talking...
