    Dehumidifier for an 8x8 room

I am loving my new dehumidifier. The 70 pint is a good size for the way I use my space. As for the price of the quest. An investment in peace of mind. I lost giant colas last run because my old hardware store unit took a dive late flower. Not a $6-$8k loss by any measure, but still a sad situation.

    Dehumidifier for an 8x8 room

Thank you for all the advice. I ended up getting the Quest 70 pint unit. It is 12”x12”x21 1/2” so not too huge. Hopefully it’s big enough. I wanted the dual 105 but I couldn’t bring myself to spend the coin.

After you guys help and some Amazon shopping. I can build the same pump system with the same pump and accumulator as the sustainable system for $260 compared to $408.

    Blumats. Who's using them?

I don’t run any nutrients is my blumat just plain water as I am in living soil. Did you source your pump setup up from sustainable? I understand the constant pressure and the need for the accumulator. Just didn’t want to drop the $500 on it.

    Blumats. Who's using them?

Thank you. I have look over the thread can’t find anything specific on pump. Just that the system runs very consistent with it. @McShnutz I see you are running a pump setup. Is sustainable the only or best option?

    Blumats. Who's using them?

I am looking for a little blumat pump advice. I am running a 3x6 bed with 6 carrots and drip emitters. I have had very good luck with the system and have grown several crops this way. I have almost 10’ ceiling in my room, res is at 7’. I only have a 10gal res which is fine when I am home. I...

A little help for a friend

Thank you all. I thought it was thrips, but don’t have much bug experience. I would like to guide him in the right direction, but I fear he doesn’t have the fortitude to chop and discard. Sadly The included pic is of my current grow. Only bug pressure I have ever had to deal with is gnats.

What you put under your fabric beds?

My 3x6 sits in a flood and drain tray on a frame made of 2x4 with wheels. Just recently revamped my space and this was one of my upgrades. Tray and frame with wheels is only like 8”, but I am lucky enough to have 10’ ceiling.

    Humidifier help

My humidifier crapped out and I need a replacement. I noticed that no one seems to run an evaporative style, is there a reason. The evaporative type has a higher capacity for the money. Any help is appreciated.
