I was using a LST method up till just a couple of days ago on some of the lower branches... I had just actually taken them off as the branches I had tied were growing in the direction I wanted them in. The rest of the plant is a bit hard to get at as the branches are short... the damn fan leaves...

Well I started out with 6 plants for this grow and am now down to just 1. 3 of my Northern Lights plants all turned out to be males... freaking pain in the butt too. They were all looking and doing so great... it was a shame to have to pull them. 1 of my ICE seeds didn't crack, another one began...

Hey if it wasn't for bad luck I would have no luck at all... the only crappy part is that I have to wait until the ICE shows it's sex before I can do anything. What a waste of a 1000 w system for only 1 plant if it turns out female... and with my luck I bet ya it will...lol.

Ok so after some clever McGiver ingenuity I managed to get the magnify glass steady enough to get some better pics... Two of my other NL plants... my ICE is not yet ready to sex... couple more days should do the trick with that one. I am pretty sure these one's are all female judging by the pear...

Bump for the pics

Got any pics of that set up... I have just a reflector hood and the bulb is exposed. I just turned two of my fans directly towards the bulb to see if that helps.. may have to add a couple more fans to keep that temp down I think. Cheers, BR.
