That is what I would do. I wouldn't recommend moving them, at this point the whole structure of the plant is supported by the screen. I would defiantly expect some broken branches.

You could just use plain water and get a good run off for the last 2 weeks. The plant should have enough time to finish absorbing the nutrients that are left in the soil or you are over fertilizing.

You should be fine as long as you flipped the switch on the ballast. The hps is in a different spectrum so the light is going to be more red to simulate the harvest sun in later summer. Also I wouldn't advise starring at hid lights probably going to cause some eye damage.

I like to use a bunch of 100 watt equivalent bulbs. They are cheap and you get a better spread. Make sure to get blue spectrum they are labeled as daylight usually.
