Thank you for those replies that's getting a lot closer to what I was looking for. I looked at few diff nugs yesterday and I may have overlooked it or something I dunno but most if not all trichs are tuning milky white.

OK so I borrowed a magnifier from a buddy and most of the trichs are clear and bending over like crazy, a lot of them are turning milky white, the ones that are turning clear are only about 40-50% milky. Any thoughts?

OK thank you for the fast replies, its in to flower 7 weeks. I would have to agree with you goodtimes about the sativa in it, I forgot that sativa take longer, I keep wanting to go by the 8 week mark. I already started flushing about 4 days ago, I will be able to get a magnifier in a few days...

I use the ONA with one plant, my plant is an unknown strain unfortunately but it is quite smelly and pretty:), but the ONA work for me to a point, it works best after I shake it up good but I would say it masks the odor more of killing it.

True but some are light sensitive like iron, don't expose to bright light or HID as it could result in an iron deficiency from alterations, at least that's what my nutes say.

I will admit that I didn't read ALL of this thread just because there is SO much but I never saw anything about light/lumen dissipation between the 2 kinds(CFL, and HID), I don't know much about the HIDs, but I know the lumen rating will drop significantly the further away it gets, please...

I'm only on my first grow as well but I would suggest picking up a grow" bible" or two, even a couple magazines possibly, I got 4 of them and 1 specializes in indoor grows. As far as tips or tricks I'm at the same place, sorry if this didn't help much.
