Foil stinks, and air is your friend. Great circulation is just as important for your plants as it is for you. Just don't have the fans blowing directly on your leaves. I always have a good exhaust fan (if it's strong enough, don't always need an intake fan), and a fan keep airflow...

Sounds too cold to me. Any option of moving your box inside, or insulating it better? Open the door no more than absolutely necessary, because every time you're hurting your girls.

You can almost always re-veg a plant, but i agree with Jose. Just take some clones and keep going with the lady you already have flowering. The clones will take some time to re-veg, so you'll probably be able to rotate them with your single plant when it's done.
