You have 4 sprouts under your stairs with the most basic of setup... I'm not chirping but unless you have questions, what do you expect people to say? I guess your seedlings look good? Is the mylar up yet? If not you should get on that... What about exhaust?

So what raises the 'red flag'? Someone mentioned above that only a commercial grow or stealing electricity will do it... but what constitutes a commercial grow? Does anyone have hard facts/information? (Links to warrants, cases, articles, etc.)

Ya, use one fan for exhaust/carbon filter and the other with your cool tube, you don't need an intake fan.

They're pretty pricey at all my local home improvement shops, considering they're just plastic buckets... I've gotten about 20 from restaurants for free who go through them quite quickly but I still need 75 more.

Ya, I forgot to mention that the 2-4 kilowatts are only generated over a few hours during the day (approx. 9am-2pm), so I average about 4-12 kilowatts in a day. It only cost me about 15k in total though!
