Does 12/12 from seed have any effects on an autoflower?

Let's see your seedlings at 2 weeks! Here's mine; It's a unknown strain, feminized. Definitely showing indica traits though. Straight tap water, soil-less (Pro-Mix) mixture, on one 23w CFL. 12/12 from seed.

Alright so I think these are pistils but not 100% sure. I'll get some better pictures up in a little bit when I find my camera, sorry for the shitty ass phone picture lol. But it will suffice for a little bit.

I just put 2 seedlings in a cup last night and have had (1) CFL 23W on them, and the soil kinda dried out, should I water it or what? I know they like warm moist soil, I'm just scared of over watering and killing them.
