where are you taking the clones from? all from the same place on the plants?

LST is Low Stress Training. meaning you can tie the plant over to one side to allow the sides to get more light and it will bush it out more and keep it short

its been said before but you still havent told us. what kind of lights and how much are you using and how far away? thats got to be the problem. the plant will only grow straight up if the light bulbs are straight above it they grow towards the light so if the lamps off to one side then...

you'll get no argument out of me. I plan on spending a bit of money getting good meters and building a dwc and a cloner but I'm still out of work :-( so it will have to wait until I can get more money.

I think the 250w hid would be a good start like you said. a ballast can be rebuilt if it fails and LED can't. also 250 would be about the same watts you'd run if you had 4 t5 bulbs and hid would have more light for sure. also if you choose 250 think about a cmh bulb that would rock

That's what I'm trying to do now. I saw hygro-hybrid on youtube and in a dwc under a 600w light he got 600g per plant. that's 1.35 pounds!

:mrgreen: thats what I did. and 400w is a great starting point. easy on electricity and not that hard to cool and can still produce several ounces. hope you get a light soon and start having fun
