    Rooftop Patio SE Asia

Beautiful garden! There's something serene about rooftop gardens, one day I'd like to live somewhere I can have one. The sativa locals you have going look great too, I love the variety of plants you have with the flowers and aloe. I'll stay tuned!

Best vape for first time vape user

^ Agreed, stay away from the little pocket vaporizers as I've yet to try a good one. Pens are where it's at for micro vaporizers.

Best vape for first time vape user

I haven't used Da Buddha but don't get the Extreme Q. Fan is weak, and requires higher temperatures to pull anything out of it. I was pretty disappointed. There are some nice vaporizer pens out that fit your price range, if you're not set on a stationary vaporizer. The vape I use at home is a...

    Rap Sux...

You say it's no-talent gang rap, as where I could say country is no-talent drunk music, or rock and roll is testosterone-fueled idiot music. But I would be dead wrong. The only difference between genres of music is the sound, artists generally make music about the same things; their lives and...

Dwc furthest plant from new light showing major heat stress?

Well I guess how big is your space? I'm guessing not very big but you have to have fans and air circulation, PC fans are pretty quiet. Have a desk fan going to add some white noise if you're worried about it. Good to hear your other plants are alright though, some strains are pretty heat resistant.

Dwc furthest plant from new light showing major heat stress?

Damn dude, that's around 115 degrees f. In an area with that little space, way way too hot it should be around 75 to 80. You need to add another exhaust fan at least to help with that.

FINALLY, first legit grow room, in an attic

Looks like you're on your way, should be sick! I'm happy to hear you've got the resources you need now, I know the feeling. Just make sure to keep all electrical equipment above waist level, don't want it in the splash zone. bongsmilie

    propagator and cuttings

I think you're making this a little too hard. Oasis cubes or Rockwool are great mediums for cuttings, I've never used the root riot trays. I like Oasis cubes because they're easy; no preparation other than wetting them down with some clone solution mixed in water. Take your cutting, dip, plug...

8 foot monsters in the sun: Looks like an Octopus after Rain and wind

Feeding with Silica would help this problem, it makes the branches stronger. The rain basically did some heavy LST'ing on your girls, lol.

    nutrient overdose, wilting after watering.

^ This. The Chlorine will evaporate out of the water if for some reason it isn't fine out of the tap. And the cotyledons are supposed to fall off after a couple weeks, they are just water leaves for the seedling before it puts out its first nodes.

Backyard Security, Chain link Dog Kennel?

Kinda what I've figured, the investment is more than worth it to save my crop. Enclosing it completely and locking it is the only way to go. Relocation isn't really an option, they've been moved to a different spot in the yard but yeah. Thanks!

Backyard Security, Chain link Dog Kennel?

Alright, so let me give you guys a rundown of the events leading up to this. Last year I had three beautiful plants that had just about everything clipped off during the night in early September. This year I have 3 new plants and a few small ones I've only planted in the last few weeks, but I'm...

    Tent and soil runoff

I agree with trays being the best option. Put them on short tables to keep your plants off the ground, it makes it more difficult for pests to get to your plants and allows you to have a catch basin that you can easily empty every couple of days.

    2001 bwm bad investment?

Or if you like them at all, you could buy a Volvo. They are rock solid, especially the older ones. You can get one that won't need any repairs for less than $2000 easily. The 240 model is great, they go well past 300k and beyond. And if something major goes wrong, you can always get another one...

Calling all chemists and botanists! Let's put an end to overpriced nutes!

Yeah, honestly. I used regular Pancake Syrup in my reservoirs towards the end of the cycle in place of a sweetener and it works just fine. Pretty cheap too, and you can be generous with it. Just make sure it's pure syrup, no kinds of salt added or anything. Usually the store-brand stuff at Fred...

    Does my dispensary suck?

Can't say I do, it probably was more like 0.72. I did a little googling and found a bit of info on a strain called ACDC, (http://pureanalytics.net/blog/2013/01/29/the-spread-of-ultra-high-cbd-cannabis/) says a certain phenotype has a 20:1 CBD:THC ratio.

    Stretched plants.

Like from DWC to dirt? Or into a bigger reservoir? You can do either one, I've transplanted from aero to dirt and they experience a little shock but are fine.

    Does my dispensary suck?

It may not be 0.0%, but I just looked at an analysis page the other day where I saw a 0.072 (ish)% strain. I think it was on projectCBD. But that's different for sure, most strains like Cannatonic are about equal (or less) THC to CBD.

    small buds at day 34

Does 34 days mean thirty four days since you flipped the lights, or since she started to put out pistils and flowers? You're only 5 weeks in, and you probably have another 2-3 weeks where the plant will be bulking up. Start feeding it heavy bloom nutes if you're not already, and let it go for a...
