nute burn at that extent is nothing to worry about, the reason the leaves go yellow is because they've used all the nutes they need so there just trying to get rid of the rest, as long as it gets no worse than that i shouldnt worry too much, mayb just toan your nute dosage down a little. hope...

the ph is a little high too for my liking, try 2 get it down to around 6.
