During VEG you can either go 24/0, 18/6 or really anywhere in between. I personally run 17/7 due to security issues. I wouldn't go any lower than that though. Flower is 12/12. Keep all your lights on for the "day" period and all the lights off for the "night" period.

When I checked on my seedlings this morning one of the seedlings stem was bent in half. I propped it with a tooth pick and thread lightly tied. Fan was blowing onto the light and bouncing off back of tent. Will it survive? super cropping for toddlers?:dunce:
