I do not know. I wish I Did! These came from a treasure trove of seeds I've saved over the years. I just decided to try and grow my own for the first time. That plant is grown from one of the collection.

I don't add nutes at that age until I see yellow. First sign of yellow, first dose of nitrogen. I also have learned the hard way about watering rules. Your problem reminds me of my own over fertilizing problems though.

I'm still learning also. You can see pics of my plants in another thread I just started. Waiting for my own answers. The plant in question had zero bytes for the first 6 weeks except for very light nitrogen. Pics are in thread called "6 weeks, first grow..."

I'm very careful with pH at that stage but I just use a very light nitrogen once per week - plain water in between watering a as needed. IMHO plants that young should not need a lot of nutrients

Keep in mind I'm a newb but I've also been learning the hard way. To me, it looks like fertilizer burn - I don't use hardly any nutrients on plants that young
