1/2 strength, 1/4 strength, or FULL strength on hydro nutrients?

I'm currently using Advanced Nutrient's pH Perfect Grow Micro Bloom nutrients and was wondering what strength I should use them at? I have been using half and quarter strength but now I am in flowering and read that my PPM needs to be around 800-1000 PPM. Using half and quarter strength on the nutrients doesn't give me anywhere near 1000 PPM so I was wondering what I should do? Do I need to use the nutrients as directed on the bottles?

Just gotta read the plants man. EC requirements depend on the strain, size, and health of the plant, as well as your nutrient content and environment. I know, not the answer you're looking for. Specifics are nearly impossible to give though. Most of those who DO give specific recommendations are really only telling you what works for them, and that may bite you in the ass later.

Ok but does 1000 ppm work better than 500 or 600 ppm in late flowering?
no, and then depending on type of hydro setup. in dwc i never go above 650, but could safely go to 900. in aero instay below 1000 but could go to 1600 easily. i get better yields with fewer fluctuations at lower ppm.

Like the poster above said you just gotta read your plants...Start off at a low ppm and work your way up until you see the tips of the fan leaves start to burn slightly and thats basically where you need to keep your plants at. A little burn is not bad as long as your shits not frying....Dont just start out at 1000 ppm on a plant that your not sure of the tolerance on though
