Paying thousands for elite cuts is nothing new. Growers have been doing it since the early forum days, long before IG or strainly or clone vendors even existed.
There's nothing elite about that $10,000 cut on that website. But you're right, people have been doing foolish things for years.

Apprecilove the response. Is there a benefit to shipping without roots? The prices are ridiculous and the buyer has to root em, things done changed.
I think it’s just to keep things fast in shipping. The prices fucking blow my mind. Even if you’re commercial just get a 10 pack of fem seeds keep a mom from the one that suits your needs best and boom you’ve got batch consistency. If the genetics are good and you’re a competent grower give it name and let the quality market it.

You take any modern high potency strain and apply all the tricks, dialed in supplemental uv-b, kelp/Fulvic foliar, fully optimized everything it’s gonna look impressive. You call that cut elite, then a newbie with more money than sense buys a cut and grows out some mids like “wtf”

The cutting is .03% not the finished plant lol you guys are silly
perhaps, but thats because we were not aware of the loophole in Septic lands laws (this is an international forum) as we all know THC % varies and its a tested thing, heck you can do home tests these days. Its the first time i've seen someone talk about thc tests on stems...No wonder Trump got elected.

$10,000 bucks and an advertised THC of .03% is expensive for hemp....JS

Welcome to 2022. Trump's hemp bill is why it's legal to ship low thc cuttings now

$10k cuts are for when you hit it big in the rap game.
Funny you said that … some member here claimed “ marathon “ strain was a special strain from the deceased rapper Nipsey Hussle.

Showed the bonehead that celebrity names mean nothing … they dont grow it , they dont breed it.

Plus the hilarious part was when i showed him a fun fact that a common kush strain was renamed in HONOR OF said rapper. Egg on face for paying a premium for it.

LOL.

Anyone know what the genetics are for Creature?

I never understood the hype around White Truffle. Its just a GG4/Peanutbutter Breath cross and while I'm sure it washes well, I have no doubt you could find something comparable hunting those same genetics. Hell, nowadays everyone has or is growing GG4 and likely has some Thug Pug or similar in their vault too.

But doesn't Snoop Dog mix his own brand of nutrients? It's not as if he just had someone bottle some generic nutrients and slap a label with his name on it. Who would do that?
