1000watt SEALED(Closed loop) Room with Homemade Control panel proccessor/120v outputs

Hey people I just finished upgrading my room with a Home made Control panel with a proccessor inside with 5 outputs 4 hardwired sensors and i want to turn this room into a sealed grow...

Its 4x4 space 8 feet high, I have a 4"fan for dedicated exhaust up top with scrubber , 6" fan for dedicated cooling of the 1000w Light that pulls in outside air and cools light then exhauts it back outside... Im using a passive intake with hepa filter... I have a 5,000btu air conditioner a wall heater and a dehumidifyer,,

Everything Is plugged into the the 5 outputs on my control panel and that panel is connected to a PC inside the house.........I can control everything and set everything to work in conjunction with each other how ever i want.... Fans, lights, heaters, airconditioner,Co2 all can turn off and all be pre set to any way i want since my dad writes the software himself the sky is the limit.....

My next thing now is i want to take this set up and make it a "closed loop" system but i find many people have defferent ideas on how to do it properly so i wanna start this thread to get some conversation going about the closed loop system maybe i can figure this out with the help of you guys.....

The main thing is this room is outside and right now im pulling in air from outside then changing it to how i want it to be then exhausting it and doing it all over...I want somthing more stable......

Im confused about exhaust really........In my head im thinking i still want an exhaust fan but that means its not really a sealed room.....

Also in the winter i pull in cold air to cool my lights because i take out the dedicated fan for the hoods and put in wing reflectors.

In the winter i run 1000w because i get away with not using my AC and i have enough amps to run 1000w but if i switch to a closed loop system ill have to eather go to aircooled hoods or only use 600w becaause i cant use AC and a 1000w light and if im not pulling in cold air then my temps will rise and ill have to eather flip on the Ac or ill have to put my hood back in to cool the light without using the AC...

The reason i dont want to just use the hood is becuase i like the wing reflector in the winter i like that im not stopping some of the lumens with my glass and some of the UVB Rays from my MH bulbs.. I put my MH bulb back in the last 3 weeks for extra UVB rays but if i have to use aircooled hoods then using the MH bulb at the end will be pointless since all uvb rays would be stopped by the glass......

In the summer i have to use an aircooled hood and ac so im forced to only use my 600w and im also forced not to be able to use MH at the end......

So i guess what im saying is it seems like i must have Dedicated Aircooled lights all year if i go to a closed loop system verse now i only have to use dedicated aircooled lights in the hot months.....

Can anyone drop some info on me and set me straight about the perfect way to set up a sealed room....I got all the shit i just need to be pointed inthe right direction....

I run a sealed room, it's just that, sealed, you try to keep as little air from exiting the room as possible. I have a window A/C unit that pulls air from inside the tent and blows cold air back in. My hood sucks room temp air outside the tent and exhausts it through a sealed hood outside the house. Pretty easy, ask away if you need to...JR

Ok so im good with the Window Ac? which i already have instaled.....Someone told me that the Window type Ac wont work for closed loop because i need a recurcilating Ac not a window one and that the window Ac will cause me to loose C02 out the back side of the ac when it exhausts the heat...?? Is this true?

Also in the winter i use wing relfector but i know if i have a sealed room in the winter and dont use aircooled lights or my ac then i will have heat issue so i must use aircooled lights all year around then....wouldnt you say?? because right now im pulling in cold fresh air through my passive intake to cool the room down in the winter......So without this cold fresh air coming in ill have to find a diff way to cool my room in the winter.....In the summer i just use the AC not a problem....Well you ask why not just use the ac in the winter too?? Well in the winter i run two lights 600 and 400 for a total of 1000ws .but if i have to use my Ac in the winter i will only be able to run my 600w because i dont have enough amps to use both lights and my ac at the same time...Thats why in the summer i only use a 600w and the ac so whatever i do i still wanna run 1000w in the winter but i want my room to be sealed all year around..........

See my situation.......any addvice?? Im thinking im just going to have to switch to aircooled hoods all year around then.......And hopely that will cool my lights enough in the winter where i wont need my ac at all and i can still use 1000w in the winter and in the summer ill just keep the aircooled lights and ditch the 400w light and only run a single 600w..what ya think....make sence?

600 watt is what I run, i know 1000 watts can be hell to cool in a smaller space. I like my 600 watt but grow on a samller perpetual grow and have small plants, around 18 inches when done.

Don't over think it man, if you have a sealed room you need Co2 or fresh air. the second is not a sealed room, if air comes in it must go out to be effective.

If you can not cool your hood with ambient temp air then you have to use the A/C.
