125w cfl= 2 widows?

hey ppl ive recently started my first grow im 1 week into it "2 whitewidow"https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/247748-2-whitewidow-first-grow-d-3.html
but useing a 250w hps is burning the seedlings so ive bought a
125w cfl eco-light 6400k "says on the bulb" will this be enough for 2 widows through the veg stage.
ive read a lot of posts and i hear its not the true wattage or whatever.
anyone else use this?

Depends how long, as I'm sure you can guess. If it's veggin for a short time so they can still fit under a 250 HPS I suspect 125w of cfl will do just fine.

You gonna use it along side the HPS during flower, get some dual spectrum lighting?

ive only got 1 e40 fitting for the bulb and its being used for the hps, so i was gona switch the hps with the cfl.
will the cfl be ok alone. +rep through the veg stage?

i use 5-6 120 watt cfls you get at your local (a&p,shop-rite,stop&shop,etc.)
they work great for vegging

i got a 150w in my closet with two sweet girls i hope but its my 1 time my self
