sorry but the idea of a hackey sack makes me laugh. i reemmeber when i was young, people would kick those things around the courtyard at hs. that maeks me laugh. they weren't that styel though, theyw ere just woven kinda with beads inside. do people ever kick those anymore? i wonder what the guy who was really good at kicking those htings does now? does he still do it? i wonde abbout dumb shit. ahhahahah

Footbag or "hacky sack" as commonly termed, is actually a great mechanism for developing good foot-eye coordination and at the same time gives a good cardio workout. 1 hour of circle footbag is like running ~2 miles; you're legs are moving pretty frequently especially with less people in the circle. If you "hack" by yourself, this is even more exausting and really gets the blood flowing. I personally would probably not be able to juggle almost constantly for more than a half-hour to fourty minutes because it is so strenuous. But even though I consider myself to be pretty good...footbag is not my occupation but something I do in spare time to socailize and get an aweseome workout. Circle hackysack is also an excellent tool for building teamwork and cooperation, trying to ensure that all players get a touch on the bag, thus making what is reffered to as a "hack" or "full hack" where everyone touches without it hitting the ground.
