I dont know, youd need to post a pic of how much room you have, your light setup and height restrictions. I could tell better with photos. Cfls are fine for keeping mothers as long as you have enough of them. If you want you could PM me with your situation on stealth requirements and we could probably work somthing out for you :)

Thanks ninja and everyone. My plan is to find a good mother but I am behind on getting a cloning/mother station. Making due with a rubbermaid and cfl right now. Your idea is what I'm hoping to do. Would you flower 4 bushy plants in the space rotating one every 2-3 weeks or stick with two big fat gals rotating 1 every 4 weeks?
Evry one claims that sog will give you at least a g/watt. I like monsters but thats just me. Your space looks perfect for sog. Jeres what i think. If you have access to square buckets use those. The shape will give you more room. Fimd what the time is from the day you switch your favorite strain until harvest day, then divide that by how many times you want to harvest in that time. Looks like you have room for 6 containers in there to me. Plant two decent sized clones (ya i said two) into one of the buckets and repeat how ever many times you want to harvest. Your options are to separate into three stages 2, 2, and 2 buckets with twelve plants total. Or one bucket with two plants in at every new entry, that would give you a more frequent harvest. Just divide flower time by six and take two clones (or three just in case) and just remember that the goal is not to grow them big. If you do, they will take up wayy to much space. You want lots of popsicles that dont interfear with their nieghbors light. Youll prbably want to trm them a bit so theyre not bumping into each other much and your yeild is all at one main top, dont tof, fim, or lst :)

Here r my girls, 56 days from wet seed, 15 days from being flipped from 24/0 to 12/12. They each have had around 16 clones picked and a shoebox full of trimmed leaves. I have just finished up doing some lst to spread them out for more light.

First up is my supposedly purple erkle bag seed. She has always been the shortest and most bushy. Her branches are thick and strong and nodes are very close. She is either all or mostly indica in my expert 1st timer opinion and I can't wait to see what an outdoor version will look like.

2nd girl is my genetic freak. Her main stem split into two main stems at an early age and she seems to be stretchy with her nodes farther apart. She is the taller of the two by about 3 inches. She rooted from seed a full week later and could have benefited from another week of veg. She has a 10 for 14 clone success rate. Hoping her flower stretch slows down a bit. I believe she is some type of indica/sativa mix but really no idea.

Thank you for backing my suggestion ninja, i told him when he cloned he should take some inner growth too, but he says he has a fan blowing from underneath the plant throught the canopy...i still think he should air her out a little though
I did some lst and upped my inside trimming, even going as far to cut off several small bud sites not getting light. They were trimmed a pretty good amount today and will continue as needed. Thanks for looking out.

Sounds like what I want. When you do a sog when do put your screen up and how do you determine the height of the screen? Did you mean 2 plants per 5 gal sq smart pots? I'm gonna try the smart pots next.

You wont have to use a screen in sog. Just put stakes or bamboo in when you transplant to tie them to if needed. Dont forget that step or youll have to stab the roots when theyre flowering to get the stake in good. This is what i ment....youll have to see what the best height to switch the lighting on them will be but thats her. Perpetual harvest sog. I dont know if you want to use smart pots or square plastics like the pic but the square ones are good for cramming em in there from what ive been told lol :)

My gals will be 21 days from the flip later today and over the last two days new growth has occurred and they look like balls. I'm hoping they are just new bud growth and not a hermie. This is my first time seeing growth, someone please tell me this is just new bud and perfectly normal.

I dont see anything in any of those pics that have male parts. Can you do a close-up of what you think is hermie? I don't see it. Looks like female flowers to me.

Where you think there are male flowers, take a close up pic... That will help tell if it is or isn't.

Cheers

I see the nanners hangin.
Pluck them all off if you want to. I did that to a hermie and ended up with only a couple buds that had seeds.
Just gotta stay on top of it everyday. Pulls those balls off!

The pic above your reply. The pods have opened and I assume the white stuff it dropped on the leaves below are pollen.
