1st time don’t laugh ok just a lil bit

Now to start LST where do I tie down or lean over or should I wait the 5th node is coming up now took the plastic off the LEd thanks for that tip! Y’all are the best! Happy Growing!!
If it's an auto yes if it's not a lot of people will say no .my personal preference I wait until they have 5 nodes. Then top and start training then. auto I would start training now.lst is not recommended by many if you grow auto I'm pretty sure you growing photos but idk

hey I cant' tell you if it's an auto or not but if I had to guess I would say it's def not. it's growing extremely slow the nodes take a week to fully come up and out. the 5th ones trrying to come up now. I changed into a bigger pot just to see if maybe that's the reason it's so short and the fact I burried most of the stem cause it was to long and weak.

My plant I got same thing a random bag seed pretty much . Seedling I buried most the stock because it was all stretched out wanting to fall over. a super slow vegetative growth it's flowering like a bitch now didn't want to get very tall it's a photoperiod indica dominant hybrid heavy budding short stinky af gon on week 8 of flower but looks like it a 11 or 12 weeker buds just keep slowly stacking and fatting up

The roots have likely reached the bottom and sides now so it will grow more quickly. If its going outdoor its a good time to reduce the light to 14 or 15 hours.

I got some really good advice from a member on here when I first started growing. Your first plant or two, just let em grow. No topping or training. Keep it simple, and with each grow, try something new :blsmoke:

Makes a lot of sense since I don’t kno what I’m doing this has been nothing but a learning process for me! Every time something new happens I get excited.. so finally seeing new leaves at the bottom I’m happy just gotta get this feeding right!

So these lights are wrong?
I wouldn't use them ( just don't know honestly, but wouldn't). I started with CFL lights with a known Kelvin Temp. From there I made my own hood to hold about 12 CFLs. Then i bought a 400w HID. And then i bought a $600 COB LED fixture. Its a process that you'll quickly find out.

Definitely DONT scrap that plant. Looks to be bouncing back, don't worry about that broken leaf either. Use this plant to learn. Didn't catch if it was an auto or photo, do you know?

Edit: I actually read the rest of the post. Looks like it bounced back. Your doing great. This is fun isn't it?!

I’ll get it right not sure what type of plant I have lol wish me luck!
Hang in there your on the right track now

Ask all the questions you want! We are here to help when and where we can!

Because of your rocky start I would toss the "age" out of the window.
So were pretty sure at this point its a photo. With that said, you can rely on a growth spurt of about double (give or take) when you flip to flower. So you need to make that call based on your environment. What is the max height of a plant that you feel you can handle?
Don't even try to bring up weights, yield etc. At this stage in your experience, just be happy she finishes.
