man the wait is the hardest bit wait till its a week till chop time, i garauntee you will take sample buds early!!

Ok all,day 39 of flower so ive decided to update,Got my camera back so the quality of the pics will only get better :)

Hmmmmm,didn't notice under the light till i took them out the tent today but they are getting MASSIVE!....The main cola's are really starting to swell and all the side colas are fattening up nicely too.The smell is starting to overpower and it looks like i gotta run the rvk 24/7!.......mmmmmmmm HOMEGROWN Westy ;)

homebox XL is 120cm X 120cm X 200cm.

i am growing 10fem seeds. ( 5 skunk #1 and 5 WW )

but instead of chemicals,i use 100% organic nutes ( biobizz and advanced nutrients with worm casts )
i thought that 11L pots is good for 10 feminized plants.
Why do you think 11l is overkill ?

PS:when did you top your white widows ?
i am absolutely noob.

Yea in my opinion 10 11ltr pots in a 4ftx4ft space is overkill,what light you using coz its gunna be pretty cramped in therejust so you can compare mine is 100x100 with 4 11ltr pots and mine is pretty tight!...my next grow im gunna try 5ltr pots and see how they compare.My plants havent been topped charles i let them veg to 16-18inches and then turned them to flower..my biggest plant is 54inches high from the floor

Hey Krimes... I know I havent commented in awhile... but after those pics I couldnt resist. They look awesome... Truly a prime example of how some WW should look. Kinda makes me think I went with the wrong strain...lol. But I went with mine for time reasons. Definitely going to do some WW next time though. Mine are on day 17 of flower... they are getting big. I turned them at 12 inches and now are over 3 feet...

Krimez, I thoroughly enjoyed every one of those pics. Great job man. Have I asked you about the seedlings before? Are you doing those 12/12 from seed?

5L pots sounds good to me. You've seen what I can do in 1 gallon (3.79 L) pots. All that extra soil is not necessary.

Keep it up my man. The color change in those pistils tells you that you're getting close!

No mate these small ones are doing 18/6...i keep em in the chamber for 12hrs with my other 4 big ones and then i put them under 2x20w cfls which give out 100w each...i have noticed though that they do better in the 6hrs of cfl than they do in the tent...it suits me fine as they'll be ready for flower as they others come out...tnx for the compliments on the pics,ive never really bothered with the macro on this thing but i guess i'll have to practice ;)

thanks for the sympathy Krimez but i'll get by. just weighed my dried JH and i've got 8 1/2oz of it, so from one grow cycle in my tent i got 10 1/4 ww and 8 1/2 jh thats 18 3/4oz. I don't mean to boast (yes i do)...lol

2 ww's and 3jh's. I doubt I'll be able to repeat it, I'm well chuffed with it. It cushions the blow of losing my current grow.

thanks mate.i think sativas and sativa dominant hybrides needs bigger pots than indica/ indica dominant strains.
WW is sativa dominant and so i think i will go with 11L pots.
but when i grow indica dominants like NL or white rhino,i will choose 6 litre pots.

WW is indica dominant...and im telling you now from personal experience that 11ltr pots are too big,especially 10 of them in a 4ftx4ft chamber...but hey!..I'm a noob :)

On a side note,i think i'll do a bit of practice before the footy and take some more snaps...Will post some pics later.

Hey mared,i bought some magnifying glasses for when the trichs turn amber but im wondering if i would be able to see the colour change with my camcorder?
