2 Foot Cola Grown w/ 3-23watt CFL's

My very first soil/sativa/indoor/CFL grow ever, shit just worked out in my favor despite the poor habitat she had to thrive in... Three 23watt CFL's, MGrow potting soil, MGrow plant food, un PH'ed water, the list goes on. The bud smokes great, very cerebral but burns a little too fast and never fully retained that skunk smell despite two weeks of proper curing... Oh well, on to the next one!:hump:

I had a few plants that I had to finish indoors last summer and used cfl.s and I had colas that big also,my buddy that was growing with hid lights couldnt believe that those cfl.s worked that good he wouldnt believe it unless he seen it for himself.I was rather impressed myself,the only thing is they took forever to finish but it was well worth it 1 plant was the best smoke I have ever grown and they were all from bagseed.good grow man and I know you will enjoy it,nothing like smoking your own peace and grow on
 
100% indoors, I did use the window when she was veggin but only for a couple hours a day due to positioning, CFL's are cool but that cola coulda been a little more dense in my opinion! I had absolutely no knowledge going into this and got all my info from RIU! Next grow will be better, I like having a huge cola but my girl got to 4 feet! I almost ran outta space. Topping for sure next time!

WOWZERS!!! That is simply amazing. You grew that on a total of 69 WATTS MATE!!! Well done!!! You can not beat that with a stick. Surely makes all those really high powered HPS not look so effective. Pat on the back, and This Bong Is For You!!!

very nice any chance of a picture of your grow area ?
and a final weight? or estimate

i am just starting a grow with 4 cfl 23w bulbs in a small but tall space 14" x20" x 60 inch height and am interested in your grow area

once i hear the weight i'll be impressed. but what it looks like too me is that "cola" was the plant? right?

Dried weight w/o main stem was 23.3...Yah, the bud sites were small I thought the cola was gonna be super-tiny, however! during the last 4 weeks of more nutes before flush and a different spectrum the sites swelled up completely engulfing the main stem into one bud... thats the best I can explain?

Looks good. But just imagine if you did everything right on that list of on and ons you were talking about. It's a nice cola but what else did the plant produce?
 
I stagger harvested it, the bottom half matured faster than the top... IDK why but it just did so I popped off roughly 4 grams. It wasn't a yielder but I was satisfied with the bud for a less than 20.00 investment... Next grow is Fox soil, Fox nutes, I was gonna order a compact HID 150 watt HPS but my funds are a little weak right now... def getting some stronger CFL's tho, couple 30's and 40's and some 18's for a 6500k spectrum... better ventilation, PH'in my water...

I don't think the point of this post was to impress with weight.
I think as the title said, the OP's just showing off a cola.
We all know what our hids can yield.
Just my opinion.

Trust me if I could afford an HID I would dance naked over the broken rubble of CFL's!!!
