2015 statistics on death by cop.

Growing up in the suburbs, never living with minorities by choice or circumstance, then serving in an urban environment when all you have are assumptions and stereotypes to go on is poor training. I bet most police departments only have cultural sensitivity training because of an incident.

How do I know? I talk to people about where I'm from (NYC) and they immediately cringe and talk about how dangerous it is. They only remember shit from the news and 80's movies. NYC was so Mickey Mouse safe when I left 2 years ago it's unrecognizable.
That is the scared mentality people go into urban environments with as police to serve the public.

Actually no. Proportionally, white people commit more crimes. They also commit more violent crimes.
