This years crop was a let down...if I bother next year it will be auto's. Anyone got any recommendations?
Check out Mr.Canucks Grow on YouTube. Hes indoor but has tried a ton of diff auto strains. 90% of his grows are autoflower grown in organic amendments and he pulls big yields. Lots of tips and tricks when it comes to autos.

How to make banana Tea for Marijuana

In this article we will see how to make banana or banana tea an excellent homemade flowering fertilizer very economical and easy to make.

1-Boil 4 banana skins (the more ripe the better) in 1l of water for 8-13 minutes.

2-we will add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar or two of honey.

3-We strain it when it is cold.

4-it is advisable to calibrate the ph.

5-This mixture of one litre dissolve in 1/2 litre of tea per liter of water. That is to say this recipe will give you to make 3 litres of fertilizer.

The banana contains a lot of potassium, a necessary nutrient in flowering.

Once a week they are irrigated with banana tea, during flowering, and the plants and their buds will thank you.

* Can be mixed with the tea of guano rich in phosphorus without problems!

I’m guessing the few changes I did this year with Not watering 1 month before harvest and the buds must have seriously loved the banana tea. Just so we are clear, last year I used Molasses but through some research banana tea sounded better. I’ll be using these same methods next year.

When u say let down do u mean u grew what my friends did this year. Stringy garbage? Are you talking indoor or outdoor. I assume outdoor as u say this years crop.

hmmm, bananna tea?

Gonna have to try this my next run ... I've used popcorn tea before with alfalfa sprouts and bat guano with some aloe guts for root propagation which has given me amazing results

I was getting leaf burn on my now legal 4 plant in a 4 x 4 grow because of light intensity so i turned a light way down and then.....the sour diesel revegged. :D

Next round 12 12 and no more dicking around with light times to mimic outside. It is the most stable for producing buds without problems.

The critical mass laughs at the light change. It is on week 6 and it is showing amber trichs. So the switch from 12 12 to 11.5 12.5 to 11 13 to 10.5 13.5 wasnt a total loss. It chopped off 2 weeks.

The sour diesel just has to be chopped because im not waiting for a reveg. Clear and milky trichs about 2 weeks out from a proper finish.

Next round i will run 2 separate tents that are 20 x 36 x 62 inches. One with 200 watts of vero timber and one with 200 watts (dialed in) of quantum strips.

Not to compare but because those are my best 2 lights for that tent. The QB135 might do ok but the strip board will cover the space better.

2 train wreck plants (10-12 week strain) in 1 tent, scrogged with autopots and a bubble bucket with a kushy kush in the other (6-8 weeks). I might go 2 and 2 and use a bubble bucket and that water farm that i have never turned on.

Every weird thing that happens is a learning experience.

It's really easy to make ... just buy some cheap no name popcorn kernels and put them into a jar with some water and sprout the popcorn (they are seeds after all)

After they have sprouted and grown a bit (2 inch roots), throw the sprouts into a blender and grind them all up in a bit of water ... add this to a large bucket of water with a fist full of bat guano or worm castings, 3 or 4 leaves of aloe guts and then put an aquarium air pump stone connected to an air pump at the bottom of the bucket and run the pump for 24 - 48 hours

This will keep in a fridge for up to a week or so, just shake vigorously and allow to come to room temperature before feeding your girls

What is more organic than feeding your plants other plants?

You can also substitute alfalfa sprouts for the popcorn sprouts which will give an even bigger boost to growth but you run the risk of a lockout if you give your girls too much alfalfa

Call me a geek lol but I follow the Mendo Dope Boys when it comes to their crops and I’ve known about the popcorn tea for a while as the Mendo Dope boys were introduced to it.
If u don’t know them you should you tube em.
The first year they grew and documented it on YouTube was actually kind of funny watching them dump the chemical nutrients into the buckets. THEN THEY WOKE UP TO ORGANIC growing.

Fuckin thrips ...you got to hit them directly on the leaves with spinosad..and in the medium where they lay their eggs with nematodes..but you probably already know these things..how many years, have you had the passion for growing?I think thrips are the most common pest these last few yrs.. easier to deal with than the borg though.

Thanks much Jay. Now I have use for the banana peels, instead of just putting them in the garbage.
