Personal note entry:

Added about 250 - 500 worms per pot today(bigger ones), took half of a worm bin/tub and divided it between the 6. Then took another 200 or so and spread among the smaller pots. Harvested roughly 100 lbs (2 wheel barrows full sifted worm castings from other bins/tubs and worm rows, and top dressed everything with those. (I took the straw cover/mulch off last week to let it dry out during all the rain we got this week in Mass.... spread out on a tarp and covered in diatomaceous earth (D.E.) and when not raining I just let it air out. flipping every so often.

I also added the 2nd set of vertical cages on 3 of the gorilla glues, the tallest 2 and the one all the way to the far right just to avoid having to put it on late. Also got one pot diameter size cage up for the cornbread and got one pot diameter size cage made and ready for the next plant that needs it.
Sprayed an entire bottle of neem oil on everything tonight, as well as refilled the bottle with a diluted mixture at the end to spray down the plants on the perimeter of the yard. Turned fan off, expected chance of rain tomorrow morning, possible tonight, already light drizzle. Should be dry by now.

Dug hole in ground, mixed in about 30 lbs worm castings and about 150+ worms and placed the brown round planter with the white widow into the ground about 6-8 inches... The roots had already coated almost the entire bottom of the outside of the pot, and I only hadnt moved it in about a week, so theyre growing quick... Although my lawn is heavy clay I may be able to loosen and amend around it late before it grows out wide. Was planning to finish it small in this pot but might as well give it the room to grow, the plan was to move it around the yard a lot but thats not likely to happen alot anymore so, just decided to do it.

I may put my OG kush or the other white widow or both into 2 old hugelkulture beds I made like 3-4 years ago that are great soil now... The R19 is in one of those, I havent amended it at all and is keeping pace with some of the others on about half the amount of sun. the only thing Ive done is empty out a bucket of worm tub lechate when it rains, it fills a bucket I have on one of my worm bins near this bed, and instead of dumping it anywhere Ive been dumping it on the hugelkulture bed that R19 is in. Since the 2nd white widow is growing like shit in the green tote bin I might just try tossing it in one of those beds.

Speaking of R19....
---R19 confirmed female with many clearly visible preflowers, no sign of any male preflowers anywhere.
Added horizontal cage onto R19, bumped into main stalk and bent 90° 3 tops were wilted, after cage/trellis was installed, stalk was supported back standing straight instead of keeping at 90° like a typical supercrop because the outer layer of bark was pretty mangled and it was decently sunny and hot mid day today. Will check back tomorrow, may just cut and let the bottom 3 branches even out as well as new tops from the below the bend.

Considering putting rain protection up early due to the size of my pots and the fact they take so long to dry out after a rain.

Will probably need to get another roll of welded wire fencing,

need to order another 60x8ft shade cloth fence to close in the front (maybe 6x80ft?)
need to get least 20+ more 1x2x8's for outer cage poles
need to order more trellis nets and put up the ones I have before they grow into the space.
possibly need more 10 ft 1/2" rebar or T-posts / U-posts to hang trellis nets.

Check new cages for stability - possibly install guy wires to secure cages. (some only one row deep into soil--4 inches--)

The towns annual water quality report was supposed to be released on 6/21 and still has yet to be posted... Curious to see results.

Try to get more pictures this week.

July 8th 2020 8pm Severe Weather warning possible thunderstorm and hail. Have had tons of water from rain and the pots havent been able to dry out, I believe the overwatering is causing some lock out in addition to tons of bugs, sprayed a whole bottom of neem last week, going to hit them with a bunch of b.t. after this rain, as well as everything else in the yard. I put up another section of wall, about to install another fan since it cut down on my air flow for that side, but needed to do it to block that plant on the corner.

Still in the process of adding extra cages, used up my roll and waiting on delivery of another. More trellis netting will be here tomorrow, will be starting another layer on some sides of the "boxes" using just the net instead of welded wire fence. as well as putting a horizontal top layer on everything and will continue every 1-2 feet or so.

I still havent topped 2 gorilla glues, at least the main top... I have topped some of the branches shoots I believe on those plants, at least one of them I did. Ran out of wood on that fucked up looked "box" on the other pallet, but it works. Thats where I ran out of caging last week.

Will try to just post thumbnails from now on to cut down on page load times and anyone on mobile who doesnt have resizing.

Questions, Comments and criticisms always welcome... Thanks.

July 22 2:30 PM Update : Still fighting bugs, mostly japanese beetle/rose beetle, leaf hoppers and earwigs right now... I buried my 2 WW and 1 OG not sure if I put that in the update last time... All three of those are pretty shitty.
Everything just got a top dress of EWC (about 200 lbs spread across the plot.. a bathtub fully aged full of ewc) Theyve been getting sprayed with neem twice, B.t. every week or so, and the surround yard has gotten a 9:1 milk spray and Ive sprayed everything with a 3% peroxide spray about 3 times as well...Took care of the WPM I was starting to get.. For now at least.

Im trying to avoid having to buy another roll of welded wire fencing so Ive been using some left over trellis to widen out my cages. The mint chocolate chip is probably about 6 ft by 7-8ft square and height is about shoulder height for me at a little under 6 foot. The other pallet mess of a box is about eye height or so and will likely stretch into the final layer (maybe) of horizontal trellis on the top by the time we finish stretching.

One GG has been throwing a bunch of pistils, everything else is fully mature and waiting for the darkness to flower out fully soon. I believe Im waiting on just one of the WW or the OG to confirm female, the rest have all been confirmed (mostly fem seeds anyways.)

Well I had my mint chocolate chip herm on me, had been an experiment since feb, and ended up putting her in the outdoor line up because of a seed order mishap... Thought I had eased her into the outdoor light pretty good this year, started to reveg a bit, and just last night had noticed a branch on the edge had herm'd... There could have been other reasons, that branch was exposed to a street light, and a house security light but both are well over 350-500+ feet away... There is also a chance a friend pulled onto the grass to park about a week ago and had the headlights pointed on her for a bit of time during her dark. The stem had split back in march from wind when bringing inside and out with no support, and was interesting to see the repair of the split. It could be just from the strain itself.. I also have a white widow regular photo freebie from canuk seeds that just showed sex to be male. There is another white widow reg and an og kush that Im still not 100% positive on... pretty sure the other widow is female but will wait and see.

Its funny because just yesterday I posted to someone saying I wish I had some males for pollen, and of course, few hours later I've got two.

I bagged up the mint chocolate chip will neutralize and then compost both. I did take a branch of each to keep indoors and harvest some pollen from both, although I mainly want the widow, I wasnt a huge fan of the mint chocolate chip, was a gifted seed from someone that had found it in a bag from the Brockton dispensary In Good Health.. and their bud is absolutely terrible, so I probably wont use the MCC pollen at all. As for the WW im also not a big fan of canuk seeds so I really dont even want that either... But good to have on hand I guess... better than nothing.

The other bag seed from wareham dispensary (Cornbread.. other topped bag seed to the left of the MCC, is another one that I am keeping an eye on.. Although shes a definite female, I dont trust the herm... As for the gorilla glue fems... well they're known to herm from their parents/genetics so we'll have to see how that turns out. Got to stay vigilant.

Pics to show which ones Im referring too... Could've been worse.

Sorry for no updates, the plants are tough to take pics of inside their enclosure, also still have shitty camera so I havent been too motivated to go take pictures with it.. My apologies.

This is just a personal picture dump update, everything is in flower now, some plants ahead of others, one of the gorilla glue fems is the farthest along in flower, ahead of the others by 1-2 weeks, sometimes 3 in some cases, even on the same strains and similar sprout date.. Ive got clones of each pheno just incase I really enjoy something, They are being grown indoors at a friends house now and will be topped and trained, we'll see how they turn out compared to the untopped outdoors.
